PSL Fall Fest Calendar: Building Community

Port St. Lucie’s fall lineup isn’t just events—it’s a chance to support neighbors, enjoy local gems, and strengthen our community.

A season of celebration right here in PSL Port St. Lucie’s Special Events team works year-round to bring quality festivals and celebrations to our city. Beyond the rides, food, and music, these gatherings weave connections among families, pets, neighbors, and local shops. They’re the kinds of moments that turn a routine weekend into a memory and give small businesses a chance to shine in our own backyard.

A PSL calendar that brings us together Here’s a snapshot of the upcoming festival season and what it means for our community:

    - Fall Fun Fest (Three days of live music, carnival rides, food, and family fun with trick-or-treating). Free admission makes it a welcoming outing for families. Location: MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place, PSL 34952, with events running around late October into the first weekend following.

    - Veterans Day Ceremony (Honoring local veterans with a formal ceremony and community gratitude). It’s a thoughtful moment to reflect nearby Veterans Memorial Park, 2100 SE Veterans Memorial Parkway, PSL 34952. Arriving a bit early helps you snag a good seat.

    - River Nights (A free, month-by-month music series from October through April). Bring friends, enjoy diverse live acts, and sample bites from food trucks at The Event Lawn at The Port District, 2454 SE Westmoreland Blvd, PSL 34952.

    - Port St. Lucie International Fest (A culture-and-cuisine celebration with performances, exhibits, and vendors). Free for all ages, it’s a great chance to explore global flavors without leaving PSL.

    - Festival of Lights (A signature holiday event with a midway carnival, holiday shopping, and a Parade of Lights followed by tree lighting and fireworks). Held at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, 9221 SE Event Center Place.

    - Noche Buena (A festive evening of music, dancing, Latin flavors, and PSLinLights displays). At The Port District, 2454 SE Westmoreland Blvd, it’s an accessible, joyful winter gathering.

    - Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration (A community tribute with live music, food, and family activities). It’s a meaningful MLK observance that invites broad participation.

How you can participate and support PSL events If you’re interested in being part of the festival scene, PSL makes it easy to join in as a vendor or sponsor. Food vendors can sign up through Eventeny, and craft vendors or business booths can be arranged by contacting the Special Events team at 772-344-4139 or specialevents@cityofpsl.com. Sponsorship options are also available—this is a practical way to get your local business noticed while supporting community programming that families rely on.

Practical tips for attending - Arrive a bit early for preferred seating, especially at Veterans Day and Festival of Lights. - Bring a chair or blanket for comfort at outdoor venues like River Nights or the Port District lawn. - Check each event’s schedule ahead of time and plan for parking options near MIDFLORIDA Event Center and the Port District. - Explore the food trucks and vendor booths—these events are a great way to discover PSL’s local entrepreneurs and makers.

Why this matters to Port St. Lucie Our city’s festivals aren’t just entertainment; they’re a catalyst for community resilience and local economy. They give neighbors a chance to reconnect, support small businesses, and create safe, welcoming spaces for kids to learn and grow. When PSL thrives, our neighborhoods feel safer, our kids have activities that spark curiosity, and our town gains another layer of character that makes living here special.

Community takeaway PSL shines when we show up for each other—mark your calendar, invite a neighbor, and support local vendors and volunteers who make these events possible.
